Luxembourg 1st October– .ME Registry will reduce the minimum registration term from 2 to 1 year on the 1st of October for all new domains created onwww.eurodns.com. Register between the 1st and the 4th October and benefit from a 60% discount on all .ME domains, with the promocode: GOME10. The .ME domain is not only the country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Montenegro, but also the most appealing extension for the creation of personal pages and blogs. It has great social potential and will contribute to boost the already heavily used online social networks.
Xavier Buck, CEO of EuroDNS explains,“Anyone can register a .ME domain name onEuroDNSand benefit from the social advantages of the word. It’s a great way to develop personalized web addresses and also catchy names for businesses and marketing tools”.
The interest for .ME domains has been significant from the start and the reduction of the registration term to 1 year, as well as the no restrictions policy applied, shows the flexibility and openness of the extension.<p style="text-align: justify"class="MsoNormal">Don’t miss this opportunity, register your .ME now atwww.eurodns.comand benefit from a 60% promotion valid for 3 days, using the code: GOME10.

EuroDNS welcomes strong customer interest for the extension.

Luxembourg 25th September, EuroDNS, being the first ICANN-accredited Registrar to sign up to distribute the new .tel domain is pleased to share some great figures and key findings about the perception and attractiveness of the upcoming .tel extension.

Telnic registry has just published a survey report on the perception of .tel from a selected group of corporate and end user representatives. The people polled first answered qualifying questions and watched a brief introductory video about .tel before filling in the market survey. The survey targeting end users polled 1053 individuals in the USA between 18 and 64 years old, from different social backgrounds, who use the Internet at least 1 hour per day. The findings show that 96% find the concept“clear and easy to understand” and 45% state that they would buy their own .tel domain name. Besides, 72% would like major corporations to buy their .tel brand names. On the corporate side, 678 key decision makers whose company already own a domain name with the .com, .biz, .net extensions were surveyed. 96% find the concept“clear and easy to understand” and 78% think .tel would be valuable for their business. 80% will also recommend their company to buy its own .tel domain.
Xavier Buck, CEO of EuroDNS, comments“We have always believed in .Tel and its comforting to see the market seems to share our views. The extension has great appeal both from the business and the individual point of view; this is why we know our core customer base will want to join the .Tel phenomenon. It is the best way for us to be part of this new trend and offer a new type of Internet presence and communication mean”.
The .tel enables the user to store, update and publish contact information, web links and keywords directly on the Internet under a unique domain name. .tel provides a new internet standard for businesses and individuals to take full control over how and where people reach them. The .tel sunrise period will start on December the 3rd and EuroDNS will offer the possibility to preregister. More information regarding application processes and prices will come up soon on EuroDNS news. Stay tuned towww.eurodns.com.

September 9th 2008– Following Europe and Asia, EuroDNS is now proud to bring the Latin-American market closer to Internet users worldwide through its new LatDNS service atwww.LatDNS.com. Launched today at an unprecedented low price, the Internet extension from Mexico (.COM.MX), will soon be joined by 30 more from the Latin region.“Since its launch in 2002, EuroDNS has always aimed to offer its customers more and more choice to register Internet domain names in local markets” explains Xavier Buck, CEO of EuroDNS“Build upon the great success we have had with Asians which covers all the major TLDs in the region from .CN to .VN, LatDNS is a natural evolution of this strategy and we are delighted to start off with the popular .MX extension at the really affordable price of€ 9”.
As companies and individuals are constantly looking into ways to promote their brands and services to local markets, it can be rather complex to deal with various geographical requirements and find a suitable supplier for each region. LatDNS continues EuroDNS’ tradition of facilitating domain name registrations for everyone everywhere, through a unified interface. Anyone can instantly check the availability of a string of character in more than 200 domain names extensions, making extremely easy to register mygoodname.com, mygoodname.asia and mygoodname.com.mx, in one go.
“.MX is one of the many extensions that accepts registrations from companies and individuals all over the world without any local requirement” comments Jean-Christophe Vignes, Executive Vice-President and General Counsel at EuroDNS“as an Internet registrar that has always believed anyone should be able to promote its services or ideas to the population of their choice, we are quite proud to grant our customers, European or otherwise, access to the Mexican market”.
While Brazil (.BR), Chile (.CL) and Venezuela (.VE) join Mexico (.MX) today, EuroDNS customers will get access to even more latin-american extensions over the next few months, all under the same ease-of-use“one stop shop” interface atwww.LatDNS.com. As for Registries that still require local presence or specific documentation, EuroDNS will continue forming dedicated partnerships to ensure its customers get the opportunity to express themselves on the Internet, no matter where they are located.

About EuroDNS
EuroDNS is a Domain name Registrar specialized in International Domain extensions. Based in Luxembourg with branch offices in Europe and the USA, the Company serves a large variety of clients ranging from SMEs to the world's largest Domain Investors. With AsiaDNS and LatDNS, global solutions to reach local markets, EuroDNS brings its one-stop-shop interface to even more regions while the Whois.de service is the latest of dedicated solutions targeted at Trademark holders. By strongly participating in leading industry forums including ICANN and the International Trademark Association, EuroDNS seeks to promote e-Commerce openness and wider Internet adoption.www.eurodns.com

Luxembourg 4th August–Meet EuroDNS, a Luxembourg based Registrar, at the fourth DomainvermarkterForum taking place in the Berlin Marriott Hotel from September 4th to 5th, 2008. After last year’s success, EuroDNS has decided to participate again and to bring its expertise and knowledge to the discussion panels.

The DomainvermarkterForum will gather an interesting crowd of domain investors with more than 120 participants expected. It is the most important event in Germany and it will also attract the international scene with, for the first time, simultaneous German/English and English/German translation services.
Representatives of the largest German Registrars, Online Advertising and parking companies will be present as well as some high profile actors, beside EuroDNS, from Europe and the USA. The two days’ conference will be divided into presentations, networking and the domain auction.
Last year’s DomainvermarkterForum was a real success. Participants came from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg the Netherlands and the USA and guest speakers were Tim Schumacher from SEDO GmbH, Frederick Schiwek from EuroDNS and Richard Wein from Nic.at. The domain auction total sales reached EUR 380,000, with the highest-priced domain sold for€ 73,500 (städtereisen.de).
The discussions will undoubtedly be lively and experts will tackle some major topics such as the development of the domain name market, marketing for affiliates, domain’s sales techniques and domain parking, to list a few.
Come along and meet us at this event!
http://www.domainvermarkterforum.de/content-DomainvermarkterForum-2008-Berlin-16-8.html

\n

Luxembourg/London, July 10th 2008 - EuroDNS SA and Telnic Ltd announced today that EuroDNS was the first ICANN-accredited Registrar to sign up to distribute the new communications-focused .tel top level domain (TLD). The .tel enables the user to store, update and publish contact information, web links and keywords directly on the Internet under a unique domain name. Simple, fast and accessible from any device, .tel provides a new internet standard for businesses and individuals to take full control over how and where people reach them. The .tel enables global discoverability in the first‘live’, next-generation contacts directory, with keywords enhancing search engine optimization.“As a global Registrar we always aim to be in the frontline for new extensions so our customers can benefit from them right away,” stresses Xavier Buck, CEO of EuroDNS“Accordingly, the decision to add .tel immediately was an easy one: as a global directory integrating any and all means of communication, it should appeal to all our customers, from individuals to portfolios owners.”
Additionally, the ease of use and rich functionality of the .tel publishing platform opens up new markets and opportunities for developers and resellers. Through the expertise acquired by its EnumDNS subsidiary, EuroDNS has the adequate technological means and experience to help its customers develop new services and solutions using the .tel.
“EuroDNS has been a strong supporter of our work to develop .tel over the years,” adds Khashayar Mahdavi, CEO of Telnic Ltd,“The fact that the team was the first to sign with us demonstrates the understanding EuroDNS has of .tel’s potential impact on the future of internet-based communications and directory services.” A Luxembourg based company, EuroDNS is a global Registrar specialised in International Domain Name extensions, and a leader on the European market. Thanks to its strong“one-stop-shop” strategy and with more than 100+ extensions available, EuroDNS offers its customers the possibility to consolidate their portfolios, not only worldwide but also in key segments of the market. Excellent relations with Domain Name Registries have allowed the company to achieve great success with the recent launches of other extensions such as .Asia and .Me.

Working with Telnic, EuroDNS will endeavour to inform developers, brand owners and customers at large of the benefits of .tel. Sunrise applications will be open to national trademark owners on a first-come, first-served basis from Wednesday, 3rd December 2008. Landrush applications open to all will commence on Tuesday, 3rd February 2009. “A Sunrise period is a good way for trademark holders to protect their brands, allowing them to protect their intellectual property should they so wish,” adds Jean-Christophe Vignes, EuroDNS’ Executive Vice-President and General Counsel,“However, thanks to .tel’s innovative technology and purpose, it also becomes a tremendous opportunity to enjoy a new and immediate internet presence that is completely different to other top level domains, which is why we are glad to be on board so early.”

EuroDNS will start accept pre-registrations for the .tel Sunrise Period in the very near future (www.EuroDNS.com). -ENDS-

About Telnic LimitedFounded in 2000, Telnic Limited is the UK-based Registry Operator and Sponsoring Organization for the new .tel sponsored top level domain (sTLD). Luxembourg, July 4th- Xavier Buck, EuroDNS’ co-founder and CEO, has been chosen as the Creative Young Entrepreneur of the Year in Luxembourg, by a jury of well known and high profile personalities from the Luxembourgish scene.

At the end of a lengthy competition, Xavier ultimately won against 2 other strong entrepreneurs, Emmanuel Vivier from Vanksen Group and Sylvain Zimmer from Jamendo.“The decision was a difficult one” comments Pedro Castilho, CYEL Project Manager. Twenty three candidates applied this year with very creative projects and interesting ideas". Criteria used to pick the winner were the company’s posiition in the market, degree of creativity, financial growth and job creations, among others
Xavier has been recognized for his entrepreneurship and visionary skills, as well as his creativity and human assets."It is a great honor to have been chosen among such distinguished candidates” says Xavier“I want to take this opportunity to thank all my teams for their continuous efforts and support, which have been key in the success of the company and its recognition".
In less than six years, Xavier has managed to bring EuroDNS (www.eurodns.com) on the International level and place the company as one of the top European registrars. The company has experienced a steady growth in domain names’ registrations and has attracted some of the biggest portfolios of domain names under management. The success is due in part to its“one-stop-shop” strategy which allows customers to consolidate their portfolio worldwide, with more than 250 domain extensions under one roof. These assets position EuroDNS as a unique and solid player in the domain name industry.
The Creative Young Entrepreneur Luxembourg (CYEL) Award is organized by the Junior Chamber International (JCI), the world’s largest network of young entrepreneurs and leaders, with representatives in 120 countries. The purpose of the CYEL award is to recognize, celebrate and honor young entrepreneurs as well as to promote and support business creativity and development.

As this year’s Luxembourg winner, Xavier will then participate in the election of the worldwide Young Entrepreneur of the year in new Dehli in November 200

About EuroDNS

EuroDNS is a Domain name Registrar specialized in International Domain extensions. J+7 -The Domainer Meeting that was held at the heart of Paris on the 19th and 20th June, was a great success and achieved all expectations with more than 300 attendees and some high profile speakers and sponsors from the Domain Industry. This could not have happened without the presence, support and commitment of all sponsors, partners, speakers and attendees.
Xavier Buck, CEO and Founder of EuroDNS, says“I would like to first thank all our great speakers, partners and sponsors on this event for their commitment and trust. This show wouldn’t have been such a success without them, and it really demonstrates how large and tied together the Domain community is. It also shows that the European market is growing fast. I would also like to thank all the people who travelled to Paris to attend the meeting. We gathered more than 300 people, who highly contributed to the global atmosphere and set up of the meeting”.

This truly European event tackled major concerns and managed to bring the Domain Name worlds together. It also helped the Primary market understand the Aftermarket better and gave everyone the opportunity to debate major issues and hear all the conflicting opinions.

The SnapNames Live Auction event that took place on the Friday afternoon garnered $361,000 in sales. Aftermarket.com sold for $125,000, while rainbows.com and domain.pl each auctioned at $45,000. PhoneAccessories.com was sold for $25,000.
The event was all about learning, networking and fun and gave people the opportunity to communicate about current issues in the Domain Industry and to raise common understanding.
Xavier concludes,“As the outcome of this meeting was so positive, we are planning to organize another one in 2009, close in time to the ICANN meeting and maybe in Prague. Keep logged into the Domainer Meeting site, more news will come up soon”.

The presentations can be downloaded from the Domainer Meeting site:http://www.domainermeeting.com/?page_id=289

All pictures have been posted on Facebook:
http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=129147&id=704635191#/event.php?eid=16331062943&ref=mf
And soon in the newly created picture gallery on Domaine News.

Stay tuned!
<p style="margin-bottom: 0.0001pt; line-height: normal"class="MsoNormal">For more information, contactmarketing@eurodns.com

Monday 28th April -.ME is the new extension for Montenegro and the general Sunrise period will start on the 6th May. EuroDNS is an accredited .ME registrar and will open its site to .ME applications on the same date.

The registry will begin accepting .ME domain applications in May, for the start of what is known as the General Sunrise Period, a time when only trademark owners can apply. However, registrars who have signed up before that time can start accepting Sunrise and Landrush applications and pre-registration requests as soon as they want. As was the case with .ASIA, multiple parties will be allowed to submit applications for the same domain name. .ME domain names that receive more than one application will go to an auction process. .ME is expected to be utilized as a personalized Web address and as a catchy business marketing tool around the world. The .ME Landrush is targeted to begin in early June, with Open Registration commencing on a first-come, first-served basis in mid-July. Two-year minimums are required on all .ME domain names registered during the Landrush and initial Open Registration periods.

The complete .ME registration roll-out schedule is as follows:

May 6 to May 20: General Sunrise Period. During this time, anyone with a trademark is eligible to apply for a .ME domain.

May 20 to June 6: Quiet Period. The registry will be closed to registrars. Sunrise auctions will begin for names that received multiple applications. .ME domain names that receive only one application will be awarded.

June 6 to June 26: Landrush. This is the first opportunity for the public at large to apply. Anyone who doesn’t have a trademark, but is interested in a specific .ME domain, can apply during this period. This is also when Sunrise challenges begin.

June 26 to July 15: Quiet Period. During this time, the registry is closed to registrars. Names for which there was only one application during the Landrush Period are allocated. Landrush auctions will begin for names that received multiple applications.

July 17: Open Registration. Domain names are registered on a first-come, first-served basis.

EuroDNS will soon list its prices on the website. Keep checking the site and get ready to apply for your .ME domain!www.eurodns.com
